Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort Miami Beach, Miami Beach

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The parking situation was terrible, and the service left a lot to be desired. The location was decent, close to some attractions and the beach, but the room amenities and upkeep were lacking. It feels like there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially concerning the customer service and room conditions.

The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location and offers a lovely view from the oceanfront rooms. However, some aspects of the service and amenities left a lot to be desired, particularly the high parking fees and inconsistent dining experiences. Overall, it’s a mixed bag where the location shines, but the issues with service and amenities dampen the experience.

The hotel has a beautiful location close to the beach, and the amenities provided, like the beach goodie bags for kids, were thoughtful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the noise from the nearby pool parties were very disappointing, detracting from what could have been a pleasant retreat. The staff was friendly, but the dated facilities and issues with room quality make it hard to justify the price.

I had a lovely time at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location just steps from the beach, which made my stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. However, I did wish there were some complimentary breakfast options included with the stay.
