amazing beachfront stay!
beach chairs ocean view boardwalk access
i enjoyed the hotel being right on the beach. beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. there was also a boardwalk that stretched all the way to south beach, which i walked a couple of times. the double sliding door walls to the balcony gave great views of the ocean.
the wifi was not superfast and sometimes patchy.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i had a king room ocean front and the double sliding doors gave an awesome view. the sea breezes into the room were wonderful. I loved it.

the hotel included a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. i appreciated that the trolley stopped right outside the hotel too.

the staff provided tickets for towels and chairs on the beach, very convenient. the hotel staff quickly updated my room to a higher floor. everyone was helpful, so i was very grateful.

the hotel had a restaurant onsite, though i didn't eat there. there were good places to eat nearby, including a cvs across the street. it was super handy for stocking food and snacks to take to the beach!!!

The hotel offered direct beach access, amazing. the free trolley passes by the hotel, so getting around was easy. it is close to many restaurants and stores. Everything was convenient.

The room faced the ocean. It was very calming. the hotel has direct access to the beach. I liked that a lot. the beds felt supportive. I slept well. the staff at the front desk gave quick responses to questions.

the front desk staff was available 24/7 for any assistance and they quickly answered questions that i had, and were able to give directions around the area.

beach access delicious food amazing view bad air conditioning musty room mold issue
The hotel location is great near the beach. The restaurant food tasted delicious I had breakfast there. I had a king room ocean front room and the view was amazing. The room was cleaned every day.
The air conditioning system didn't work well in the entire hotel. The room was musty. The room temperature would not go below 72. The hallways had a mold issue.

Unexpectedly Great Beach Getaway!
great location friendly concierge
I read some skeptical reviews, but I was charmed. The location is great with the pool and beach on site. The room was clean. The concierge was helpful and friendly, and checking in and out was easy!
The hotel parking garage is very tight. The spots are tiny. Parking is also expensive.

The room had a king size bed facing the ocean. High-speed internet access was available. I also used the refrigerator, a welcome convenience for storing drinks and snacks .

direct beach access refreshing drink satisfying burger
i was kinda surprised by the immediate beach access. the outside bar made grabbing a refreshing drink and a satisfying burger easy. the burger really stood out as the best in the area and the location right on the boardwalk was convenient.
the hotel corridors had a slight musty smell.
