The room faced the ocean. It was very calming. the hotel has direct access to the beach. I liked that a lot. the beds felt supportive. I slept well. the staff at the front desk gave quick responses to questions.

the front desk staff was available 24/7 for any assistance and they quickly answered questions that i had, and were able to give directions around the area.

The hotel location is great near the beach. The restaurant food tasted delicious I had breakfast there. I had a king room ocean front room and the view was amazing. The room was cleaned every day.
The air conditioning system didn't work well in the entire hotel. The room was musty. The room temperature would not go below 72. The hallways had a mold issue.

I read some skeptical reviews, but I was charmed. The location is great with the pool and beach on site. The room was clean. The concierge was helpful and friendly, and checking in and out was easy!
The hotel parking garage is very tight. The spots are tiny. Parking is also expensive.

The room had a king size bed facing the ocean. High-speed internet access was available. I also used the refrigerator, a welcome convenience for storing drinks and snacks .

i was really surprised by the immediate beach access. the outside bar made grabbing a refreshing drink and a satisfying burger easy. the burger really stood out as the best in the area and the location right on the boardwalk was convenient.
the hotel corridors had a slight musty smell.
